For those that follow the lunar calendar, happy holidays! This past wednesday was Korean Thanksgiving. Many people celebrate differently. Other than the usual foods that people eat such as persimmons, pears, rice cakes, my family puts on a huge ceremony. My dad happens to be the first born so it is his (my mom's) responsibility to honor his parents on this day. My mom and I prepared foods. set them on the table. say some prayers. and EAT. These are foods we only get to see when the ceremony is put on so it's usually something to look forward to :)
I apologize that my post content has mostly been about food. Work has been pretty busy. It's amazing what the end result of my work is... This weekend I'm giving my sister lace nails and fixing her horrendous eyebrows lol. I'm gonna be moving my stuff over to my new place so hopefully I'll have more time to dedicate to this blog instead of commuting more than an hour each way.
TGIF :) enjoy your weekend!
ohhh all of these pics of nice food is making me so hungry! xoxo
